Intro Call
A 20-minute conversation. You tell us about your background, your market, your goals. We tell you what we're looking for and answer any first-pass questions. No pressure, no hard pitch — just an introduction.
Week 1
02
Brand Presentation
A 60-minute video call with you and your partner(s). Deep dive into the Shredder model, the unit economics, the support structure, and what ownership actually looks like day-to-day. Most of your real questions get answered here.
Week 2–3
03
FDD Delivery
We hand over the full Franchise Disclosure Document. You'll review it with your attorney and accountant. We're available for any questions. Federal law requires 14 days between FDD delivery and signing — use it to do real diligence.
Week 3
04
Talk to Operators
We connect you with current Shredder franchisees. You ask whatever you want. They tell you the unfiltered truth — what worked, what didn't, what they wish they'd known. This is when most people make their real decision.
Week 3–4

Territory & Site Visit
We evaluate your market together — demographics, real estate, ideal site profile, protected territory scope. We strongly encourage an in-person visit to an existing location. Seeing it changes everything.
Week 4–5
06
Discovery Day
You spend a full day at our flagship facility. Meet the leadership team, watch real classes run, sit in on a coaching session, walk the operational checklist. By the end of the day, you know if you're in or out.
Week 5–6
07
Award & Sign
If both sides are aligned, we award the territory and sign the franchise agreement. This is when the work starts. Welcome to the network.
Week 6–7
08
Launch Planning
Site selection, lease negotiation, buildout timeline, hiring plan, pre-opening marketing. We're with you at every step. Then — opening day.
Week 8+
Step 1 starts with a 20-minute call.
